June Fitness Challenge 2021

A new month – so let’s make a commitment to make a change and make things happen so you can start living your best life ever!

How to:

There are 3 Different Rounds (exercise combos)

You will do each Round/Day – 3 x in total.

You will time yourself and record the time to see how long each combo takes you – your challenge throughout June is to get quicker/stronger each time, but always with awesome form and control!!

 

On Day 1 of April you will do Round 1

On Day 2 of April you do Round 2

On Day 3 of April you do Round 3

On Day 4 of April you do Round 1 again

On Day 5 of April you do Round 2 again

On Day 6 of April you do Round 3 again and so on.

You keep repeating this pattern until you get to Day 30 of April.

Make a note on your calendar so you know what exercise combo you are

doing for each day!

 

Day 1 of April you will do Round 1

Day 2 of April you do Round 2

Day 3 of April you do Round 3

Day 4 of April you do Round 1 again

Day 5 of April you do Round 2 again

Day 6 of April you do Round 3 again

Day 7 = Round 1

Day 8 = Round 2

Day 9 = Round 3

Day 10 = Round 1

Day 11= Round 2

Day 12 = Round 3

Day 13 = Round 1

Day 14 = Round 2

Day 15 = Round 3

Day 16 = Round 1

Day 17 = Round 2

Day 18 = Round 3

Day 19 = Round 1

Day 20 = Round 2

Day 21 = Round 3

Day 22 = Round 1

Day 23 = Round 2

Day 24 = Round 3

Day 25 = Round 1
