What does it mean to you to be strong?

For me being strong is two fold – there is the physical side of it – I exercise to feel strong in my body, to be able to move the way I want too, to be able to lift, to be able to ask my body to perform when I need it to!

But there is also the other side of it – mental strength – being strong is also about having the strength and confidence to push myself, to achieve what I want and desire (and deserve), the strength to do all I need to in the day, the week, the month.  The strength to be the best version of myself.  The strength to reach my full potential always!

Over the weekend, take time to reflect and think about what being strong to you means and how you can use your own strength, power & determination to be the best version of yourself, to be independent, to have courage, feel empowered and embrace who you are!
